As always with the meld product set, enabling 'any device any platform' communication, we have re-defined the audio service to provide a flexible, wider coverage map globally.

melds flex audio allows for global coverage that now spans over 30 countries and we are able to add countries with ease should you need them.

The expanded flex audio service has added a low cost pay-as-you-go-per-minute tariff that makes this a cost effective but highly functional service.

What do we mean by a flexible service?

The meld Flex service simply means that the audio capacity is completely unlimited with no capacity constraints. This allows the service to expand flexibly as you need it and is able to cope with any number of audio attendees you may have.

How does this impact customers? Unlike some other products, this ensures that there is no longer a frustrating 'busy tone' if and when the service reaches it's capacity.
